Assistance Requested Locating Endangered Missing Person

The Texarkana Texas Police Department is asking for assistance in locating an endangered missing person.

Rachel Baty left her Pine Street home at approximately 8:00 on Wednesday evening and has not been heard from since. Shortly after leaving, she sent text messages to friends that indicate that she might have been planning on harming herself. Baty is described as being 49 years old, 5-10, 155 pounds, blonde hair, and blue eyes. She was last seen wearing black yoga pants, black sweater, and a white undershirt. She was driving a 2005-2006 Champagne Nissan Altima with dents in the hood and back bumper on the driver’s side. The license plate number is unknown. Baty reportedly left without any money or identification, and she has since turned off her cell phone.

Anyone that has any information on Baty’s whereabouts is asked to call the Texarkana Texas Police Department at 903-798-3116.
