Texarkana Water Utilities will close a section of Caddo Street beginning Monday, February 23rd, for utility repairs.

Contractor KAMPCO will install new sewer lines across Caddo Street during the closure. The work is expected to be finished by Friday, February 27th.

Drivers are urged to use caution and seek alternate routes while repairs are underway.
