Fraudulent messages are being sent from the address planning.texarkanatexas.gov@usa.com, claiming to be from City staff and often requesting payment or including fake invoices.
City officials say this email is not affiliated with the City, and the City does not request payments through unsolicited emails.
If you receive a suspicious message, do not click links, open attachments, reply, or send payment. To verify a request, contact the City directly at 903-798-3900.
