The open-house style event will be held Monday, January 26, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Texarkana, Texas Convention Center. There will be no formal presentation, and residents may stop by at any time.
City officials, Texarkana Water Utilities, and Riverbend representatives will be available to answer questions about water bills, new meter upgrades, system improvements, and long-term regional water projects.
