A Danville, Arkansas man has been sentenced to 15 years in federal prison for possessing more than 500 grams of methamphetamine with intent to distribute.
Forty-two-year-old Christopher Brent Garner was sentenced Wednesday in Texarkana by U.S. District Judge Susan Hickey. Garner was arrested in January 2025 after Arkansas State Police stopped a vehicle in Little River County.
Troopers found methamphetamine on Garner and another one-point-eight pounds hidden above the vehicle’s spare tire. Garner admitted he planned to distribute the drugs in western Arkansas.
He previously served 100 months in federal prison for meth trafficking.
