Technical workers who help protect critical infrastructure networks will have a chance to attend a free, four-day cybersecurity training course this April in Texarkana.
The Comprehensive Cybersecurity Defense course runs April 6th through the 9th, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., at 3501 U of A Way, Building TKW, Room 133, in Texarkana, Arkansas.
The hands-on course teaches participants how to defend data and communication networks from cyber threats, including learning how attackers operate and how to strengthen network defenses.
The training is provided at no cost by the Cybersecurity Defense Initiative, a national program funded by the U.S . Department of Homeland Security and FEMA.
