Prosecutors say the abuse began in Arkansas in 2019 and continued after the girl moved to Wake Village, Texas, in 2023. Court records also show a second alleged victim may testify, with claims of abuse dating back to 1999.
Jordan faces multiple child sex crime charges and could receive 25 years to life without parole if convicted. He remains in the Bowie County jail on more than $1 million bond. The case is being prosecuted by Assistant District Attorney Christina Flanigan, with Josh Potter representing Jordan.
