Around 9:30 a.m., Texarkana Arkansas Police received a BOLO for a reported kidnapping out of Hooks, Texas.
Just after 12:30 p.m., officers spotted the suspect vehicle on Highway 71. When officers approached, the driver — 29-year-old Jason Hosey — allegedly refused commands and sped away.

Hosey is charged with felony fleeing. Hooks Police continue investigating the original kidnapping case, and more charges could follow.
