Texarkana Texas Police need your help identifying a woman involved in a "distraction theft" that cost a local business several thousand dollars.
The Texarkana Texas Police Department is requesting public assistance to identify a woman involved in a high-value theft on New Boston Road.
According to investigators, the incident occurred last Friday around 8:00 PM. Authorities say three individuals entered a local business together. While a man and a woman in the group distracted an employee, a third woman entered the business’s office. Once inside, she stole a bank bag from beneath the counter containing the company’s daily deposit.
The department reports that the business lost several thousand dollars in the theft. Anyone with information regarding the identity of the woman pictured or her accomplices is urged to contact the TTPD at 903-798-3116 or Texarkana Area Crime Stoppers at 903-793-STOP.
