The federal funding will be used for feasibility studies and technical assistance for small and emerging companies considering locating in the area. Leaders say the goal is to reduce barriers for employers and speed up the process of bringing new businesses online.
TexAmericas Center operates one of the nation’s largest mixed-use industrial parks in New Boston, Texas, and was recently ranked among the top industrial parks in the country.
