Keep Texarkana Beautiful, in partnership with the City of Texarkana, Texas, will host its Annual Spring Clean-Up on Saturday, April 11, starting at 8:00 a.m.
The citywide event encourages residents and volunteers to take part in efforts to improve local neighborhoods and promote environmental stewardship.
Participants can help with activities such as litter and debris removal, community gardening, park improvements, and general neighborhood clean-up.
Multiple project sites will be set up across the city, including Beverly Community Garden, Rosehill Community Garden, Grady T. Wallace Park in Liberty-Eylau, Highland Park, and the New Town area.
Roll-off containers will also be available at designated locations for residents to dispose of debris. However, items such as batteries, tires, paint, and large appliances will not be accepted.
