A Bowie County judge has denied bond for a 22-year-old inmate who escaped from a Texarkana hospital Wednesday night and was recaptured hours later.

Texarkana Water Utilities has scheduled inspections and maintenance cleaning of elevated water storage tanks serving the Arkansas side of its service area on October 26th and 27th.
