The Texarkana Homeless Coalition will hold its 4th Annual Resource Day on Thursday, September 18th, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Crossties Event Venue lawn on East Broad Street in Texarkana, Arkansas.
The event connects individuals and families experiencing or at risk of homelessness with essential services and items — all in one place. Resources include hygiene kits, food, clothing, medical and dental care, haircuts, showers, housing assistance, veterans’ services, mental health support, employment counseling, and even help with Texas IDs.
